The maximum altitude and time from each location was as follows:
Donna, TX: 18:57:51, 47 degrees, -3.0 mag. Clear sky.
Norman, OK: 18:59:41, 52 degrees, -3.5 mag. The sky was clear with a bright full moon.

Total ISS pass distance from site 1 to site 2 was 536 miles (1.83 minutes x 293 mi/min)

We spotted the ISS in the SW just as it passed under Jupiter. The ISS was about 2/3rds of the distance from the horizon to Jupiter. MotherGoose was the first to spot it. We invited two new neighbors to join us for the viewing. It was the first time for both of them to see the ISS. They were thrilled. The Full Moon was fairly low in the East and its light did not interfere with our observation. We were having a cold spell which produced low humidity and very clear viewing of the ISS Pass.

Thank you, MARTES, for being my partner.
