On top of the house on the Hertoginstraat, you will find the withc on the broom weathervane.

Note that one of the pictures shows the side of the building, which shows the Schippersstraat as the street. This is the street next to the building, nevertheless a good photo to find the weathervane.
The weathervane is on top of the chimney behond the house (maybe the BBQ pit or something similar). Underneath the witch are the letters of the direction of the winds.
