Oddly, such an interesting little historic building has no Internet presence, not even through Facebook, and the link from the Dublin Chamber of Commerce goes to a broken farmers market page. There is no contact information on the sign outside, so your best bet is through the City of Dublin or the Dublin Historical Museum. The sign on the front door provides a little bit of background:

This church building originally existed as a Methodist Church in 1890. Later, in 1901, it was occupied as a Presbyterian Church. The original bell in the belfry belonged first to the Presbyterians, then the Baptists, and lastly to the Catholics. It was eventually relocated to the new Catholic Church on Hwy 377. In 2008, St. Mary's Catholic Church generously donated this building to the Dublin Historical Society, whose members have worked to restore it. In 2011, it opened and was dedicated to be used as an Events Center.

There's a #40 bell in the front yard, cast by a rather uncommon foundry, Blymyer, Norton, & Co. from Cincinnati, OH. The marker isn't clear as to whether this is the original bell, returned home, or whether it's a stand-in while the original continues its work farther up the road.
