The dated stone is engraved in Latin with Roman Numerals MCMXII, translating to 1912. Located to the right of the front doors of the church along twelfth Avenue. The brownstone building was built as Saint Leo's Roman Catholic Church but has since changed names to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
