Photos taken on 4 February 2022. The relief is located on the dedication plaque and features several bells. The plaque looks to be made out of bronze. The bell in the foreground says, "University of Califorina 5091 LBS centennial Bell 1868-1968"

The plaque at the base says, "This carillon and tower are provided through the generosity of donors encouraged by the citizens university committee of Riverside.

The University of California gratefully acknowledges this gift which so enriches this campus.

Dedicated October 2, 1966"
