This beach is located about 2 km east of Santo Domingo's historical center. It's a city beach. Water looks crystal clear but due to its location must be some pollution. It's a small beach. There is a police station nearby and a leisure zone with a couple of restaurants, a children playground and a small park. The water shouldn't be trusted, there are treacherous currents and underwater rocks. Still, local people use it.
