This is a a concrete grave marker, raised at a slight angle, and the lettering was professionally done. It reads:
Infant known
only to God

Findagrave provides a little background, noting that this infant belonged to a family traveling in a covered wagon through Limestone County in 1922. When the baby died, a resident showed kindness and ensured that the child wasn't buried in an unmarked grave. Unfortunately, they didn't catch the family's name.
