Brauerei Trunk in Vierzehnheiligen
[DE] Auf das 2004 von der Firma Schulz in Bamberg vollständig neu aufgebaute Brauhaus sind wir besonders stolz. Das Team um Braumeister Andreas Trunk fertig hier alle 10 Bierspezialitäten. Dabei verwenden wir aussschließlich Malze aus Kulmbach, Bamberg und Mellrichstadt und hochwertige Hopfen aus regionalen Anbaugebieten.
Im Sommer werden hier zweimal täglich jeweils 38 Hektoliter für einen Sud eingebraut. Mitentscheidend für die Bierqualität ist die Reifezeit. Mittlerweile können wir dem Bier in 4 Lagern mit insgesamt 250.000 Litern auch in den saisonalen Hochzeiten die nötige Ruhe gönnen.
Einmal in der Woche werden die Nothelfer in Flaschen abgefüllt. Mit einer Kapazität von 5.000 Flaschen/Std. und damit 2.000 Kästen Bier pro Tag versorgen wir unsere vielen treuen Selbstabholer und Getränkemärkte im Raum Lichtenfels, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach und Bamberg.

We are particularly proud of the brewhouse that was completely rebuilt in 2004 by the Schulz company in Bamberg. The team around master brewer Andreas Trunk produces all 10 beer specialities here. We use only malts from Kulmbach, Bamberg and Mellrichstadt and high-quality hops from regional growing areas.
In summer, 38 hectolitres are brewed here twice a day. One of the decisive factors for the quality of the beer is the maturing time. In the meantime, we can give the beer the necessary rest in 4 warehouses with a total of 250,000 litres, even during the seasonal peaks.
Once a week, the Nothelfer are bottled. With a capacity of 5,000 bottles/hour and thus 2,000 cases of beer per day, we supply our many loyal self-pickers and beverage markets in the Lichtenfels, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach and Bamberg area.
