Photos taken on 19 January 2022. The plaque is small, about 1 foot by 1.5 feet. It appears to be made out of bronze and is heavily corroded. It is elevated and slanted on a marble base. It was placed by the IOOF. The plaque says, "This plaque is dedicated to the veterans of all wars whose mortal spirits now rest in this cemetery".
