La commune de Manosque ne compte qu'un seul bori mais il est assez étonnant par sa forme et son toit.
Sur la plaque, on peut lire

Le 24 mars 2002, sur une initiative du Comité du Patrimoine Manosquin et avec l'accord de la mairie, le secteur du Pain de Sucre a été débroussaillé et dégagé des arbres envahissants ce qui a protégé le site de l'incendie de l'été 2003.
Ce bori appelé "Pain de Sucre" du fait de sa forme conique particulière, est cher au cœur des manosquins. En partie effondré en 1997, c'est notre passion et notre détermination qui ont fait que le site est aujourd'hui réhabilité.
Les travaux de restauration ont été entrepris sous l'égide du servide architecture du Parc Régional du Luberon de janvier 2004 à décembre 2005.
Les bénévoles du Comité du Patrimoine Manosquin entretiennent ce lieu. Ils ont fait une couverture des murs de pierres pour limiter les dégradations et ont installés des tables de pique-nique pour votre plaisir.

The town of Manosque has only one bori but it is quite surprising in its shape and its roof.
On the plate, we can read

On March 24, 2002, on the initiative of the Manosquin Heritage Committee and with the agreement of the town hall, the Pain de Sucre sector was cleared of brush and invasive trees, which protected the site from the fire of the summer of 2003.
This bori called "Pain de Sucre" because of its particular conical shape, is dear to the hearts of Manosquins. Partly collapsed in 1997, it is our passion and our determination that have made the site rehabilitated today.
The restoration work was undertaken under the aegis of the Servide Architecture du Parc Régional du Luberon from January 2004 to December 2005.
Volunteers from the Manosquin Heritage Committee maintain this place. They covered the stone walls to limit damage and set up picnic tables for your enjoyment.
