Photos taken on 9 April 2022. The civic center is a small square building that is elevated above ground. It is only accessed by stairs to the south and north sides. The plaque says, "City of Cypress Civic Center 1967 City Council Frank P. Noe, Mayor Robert C. Harvey, Mayor pro-tem Richard L. Bowen Martin G.
