Photos taken on 9 April 2022. The building is a rectangular concrete structure with the main entrance on the north side of the building. A small memorial is located to the east of the main entrance on the north side. Parking is found to the north. Steps and an ADA compliant ramp leads to the plaque. The plaque says, "'In appreciation to all who serve' Cypress Police Department City Council Otto J. Lacoya, Mayor Richard Partin, Mayor Pro-Tem Cornelius M. Coronado Jr. John Kanel Gerald Mullen City Manager, Darrell Essex Chief of Police Ronald E. Lowenberg Director of Public Works City Engineer, A. W. Schatzeder Architect Hippe & Randell A.I.A. Architects Dedicated April 16, 1983"
