They are open daily from 5 AM to 10 PM. This is an easy off, easy on location, and if you're planning to be here awhile, head on over to one of the local bakeries for some kolaches or other treats to go with your coffee. You're in one of Texas's best known Czech-American towns.
The Starbucks itself is about average in size, with tables down the center of the store and tables lining up around the windows and one of those newer padded benches. There's also some covered outdoor seating, but your view is nothing fancy. For those looking to plug in, there are a few outlets along the wall, but as is typical with those new benches, just look down at your feet. There's also a covered box on the patio. Signal strength is pretty good, typical of most Starbucks.
