“We beginnen altijd met koffie”, zegt Rick, terwijl hij de automaat aanzet en we aanschuiven aan de ronde tafel die in het midden van de zaak staat. “Gewoon lekker rustig samen opstarten, de wereld is al gejaagd genoeg. Daarom neem ik voor iedere klant een uur de tijd. In dat uur komt er van alles voorbij. Vaak heb ik hier heel openhartige gesprekken met klanten. Dat vind ik misschien wel het allermooiste aan dit vak: het sociale. Aan het einde van de dag ben ik niet zozeer moe van het werken, maar vooral van het ouwehoeren. Dat is toch mooi?”
