EN: This stone wayside cross is somewhat hidden between a few bushes in the agricultural zone between Obermumpf and Stein. The place is called Chatzenflueh and is located on the crest of the hill that separates the two villages.
The cross is about three meters high and very simple in design. In the center hangs a small metal figure of Jesus and in the foundation is a small marble plaque embedded with the barely legible inscription "Holy Year 1950".
DE: Dieses steinerne Wegkreuz steht etwas versteckt zwischen ein paar Büschen in der Landwirtschaftszone zwischen Obermumpf und Stein. Der Ort heisst Chatzenflueh und befindet sich auf dem Kamm des Hügels, der die beiden Dörfer trennt.
Das Kreuz ist rund drei Meter hoch und sehr einfach gestaltet. In der Mitte hängt eine kleine Jesusfigur aus Metall und im Fundament ist eine kleine Marmortafel eingelassen mit der der kaum noch lesbaren Beschriftung "Heiliges Jahr 1950".
