Photos taken on 5 May 2022. It's a small one story structure. Given the population and size of the city, I'm surprised city hall isn't more grand. The plaque says, "San Juan Capistrano Public Works Building 1970 Edward Chermak Mayor WM. A. Bathgate Mayor Pro Tem Don Durnford Councilman Thomas A. Forster Councilman Antonio M.
