This decorated utility box has gold fish painted on all four sides. On the front, the background is the Adirondack Balloon Festival. The background is blue with gold fish and green foliage at the bottom. There are a couple of hot air balloons painted in the background as well. the right side has the background theme of West Mountain referencing the nearby ski center. The background is blue with a mountain showing the ski slopes and white pepples at the bottom. The left side has the confederate monument in the background with green foliage at the base and the back of the box is painted with the goldfish on a blue background.
