The lobby is open daily from 8 AM to Midnight, while the drive thru is open an hour later, two hours later on Friday and Saturday. It's a typical Taco Bell, with maybe a dozen tables, but good luck finding a place to plug in. The wifi is available after agreeing to their terms upon connecting to the SSID, and the signal strength is nothing fancy. It'll save you some bandwidth if your plan has limitations.
