Peerd (2018) is gemaakt van metaalafval in de meest uitgebreide zin
van het woord: ringsleutels, fietskettingen, tandwielen, auto onderdelen, scharen, boren, hoefijzers en zelfs een wasmachinetrommel.
Het object van Chris van Moolenbroek is ruim anderhalve meter hoog en weegt circa vierhonderd kilo. In 2019 werden bosjes tulpen, gemaakt van lepels en kleine tandwielen, aan het werk toegevoegd.

Peerd (2018) is made of metal waste in the broadest sense
of the word: ring spanners, bicycle chains, sprockets, car parts, scissors, drills, horseshoes and even a washing machine drum.
Chris van Moolenbroek's object is more than one and a half meters high and weighs approximately four hundred kilos. In 2019, clumps of tulips, made of spoons and small gears, were added to the work.
