In the Upper Castle when you enter you will find several examples ammonites and brachiopods

Ammonites; belonged to the squid family, they lived in a flat spiral shell with several chambers. Every time the room got too small, the ammonite made another bigger room. There are hundreds of species and types, the large ones vary from a few centimeters to 2.5 meters.

Brachiopods; worms lived in shells, they had a shell at the top and bottom. They generally don't get that big, from about 1cm to about 7.5cm. Usually they are anchored to the substrate where they live. More than 1000 species of this creature once existed. The shell of branchipods are symmetrical (left and right the same)
