In the small town of Viskan, which is located in western Sundsvall Municipality in Västernorrlands Län in Sweden, the Viskansbron crosses the Ljungan River to the southern village of Hjältan, which is located in Ånge Municipality. The bridge, which is about 4m wide and just as high, was built in 1924 and is about 160m long. The frame construction was made of steel girders, the roadway consists of wooden planks. Accordingly, the load on the bridge is limited to 6t axle load and 15t total weight. The bridge is part of the 1km long county way Y535, which connects to the county ways Y511 and Y553.
In 2010 the wooden roadway was renewed and the steel girders were given a new coat of paint.
