[FIN] Jostain kumman syystä on aikoinaan Veraisen Leipomon pihaan ilmestynyt valkoinen jääkarhu veistos. Sitä kun tarkemmin tutkii, niin huomaa että se on tehty betonista. Helposti voisi luulla että se on kipsiä, koska on valkoinen.
Jääkarhun valkoinen maali on aika huonossa kunnossa. Tämä karhu on yli metrin korkuinen ja noin puolitoista metriä pitkä.
En tiedä kuka on ollut patsaan tehnyt artisti. Muistan vain että patsas on ollut tässä kohdassa ainakin kymmenen vuotta. Viereisessä Maskun kunnassa toimii jääkarhut niminen talviuintiseura, mutta tällä mystisellä patsaalla ei taida olla yhteyttä tähän urheiluseuraan.
Jääkarhuja ei Suomessa kovin usein tule vastaan metsässä. Yhtä todennäköistä on että panda karhu tulee sinua vastaan

[EN] For some reason, a white polar bear sculpture once appeared in Verainen
bakery's yard. When you examine it more closely, you will notice that it is made of concrete. You could easily think it's plaster because it's white. The polar bear's white paint is in pretty bad shape.
This bear is over a meter tall and about one and a half meters long. I don't know who was the artist who made the statue. I just remember that the statue has been in this spot for at least ten years. In the neighboring municipality of Masku, there is a winter swimming club called Polar Bears, but this mystical statue does not seem to have any connection with this sports club.
Polar bears are not very often encountered in the forest in Finland. It is just as likely that a panda bear will come at you ...
