NRHP Registration Form"The Woolls Building, constructed as a two-story general store circa 1873-1875, is located in Center Point,
Texas at the corner of Skyline Drive and San Antonio Street. It is a vernacular structure of limestone load bearing masonry construction. The two-story building has full-width porches and balconies on the east and west elevations. The Woolls Building is situated in the business district of Center Point, Texas. Historically the first floor always served as a place of commerce and the second floor as a social and meeting hall for the community. It is approximately 4,000 square feet and occupies 1.03 acres of land and has 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, a washroom and two great rooms. The rectangular limestone construction of Cordova Cream exhibits many of its original design features including a metal-hipped roof and wood frame windows. Currently the site is a bed and breakfast and community events center. The relatively unaltered exterior of the building exhibits a high degree of integrity in its location, setting, feeling, association, design materials and workmanship"
