MAISON LE BOUISTRE

Maison en pan de bols construite au XVe siècle. Sans doute l'une des plus anciennes du Croisic. Certaines parties remonteraient méme au Me siècle ?
L'implantation en saillie, à l'angle de deux rues, témoigne e l'ancienneté de la construction. La façade principale résente un pignon sur rue avec encorbellement sur poteaux élargis entre lesquels se dessine un Jeu de rainures moulurées amorties en sifflet. Le pan de bois a été diminué par l'agrandissement des fenètres de l'étage au XVIlle siècle. Le haut du pignon est recouvert d'ardoises et ne comporte qu'un fenestron.
Le rez-de-chaussée en granit a conservé ses ouvroirs en arcade si courants sur les maisons du Moyen-âge. Les murs latéraux suivent le mouvement de l'encorbellement. La façade sur la rue Augustin Maillard est soigneusement appareillée en granit avec ouvertures à linteau en accolade et des traces de meneaux.

Les propriétaires sont connus depuis le début du XVile siècle. La dame Le Bouistre possède cette maison entre 1632 et 1672. En 1680, elle est occupée par Guillaume Legal, mattre de barque.
Courant XIXe siècle, la maison appartient à Bernard Robert, juge de paix du Croisic.

Pan de bols house built in the 15th century. Undoubtedly one of the oldest in Le Croisic. Some parts even go back to the 3rd century?
The projecting implantation, at the corner of two streets, bears witness to the age of the construction. The main facade has a gable on the street with corbelling on widened posts between which a set of molded grooves damped in a whistle is drawn. The timber frame was reduced by the enlargement of the windows of the first floor in the 18th century. The top of the gable is covered with slates and has only one window.
The granite ground floor has retained its arcade openings so common on houses from the Middle Ages. The side walls follow the movement of the corbelling. The facade on rue Augustin Maillard is carefully fitted in granite with openings with braced lintels and traces of mullions.

The owners have been known since the beginning of the 17th century. The lady Le Bouistre owned this house between 1632 and 1672. In 1680, it was occupied by Guillaume Legal, boat master.
During the 19th century, the house belonged to Bernard Robert, Justice of the Peace of Le Croisic.
