This fraternity house is a two story house with a large front door and ample parking. It is white with the large Greek letters Kappa Sigma prominently displayed on the front.
While the fraternity does exist in town, the Kappa Sigma fraternity at Virginia Tech is banned from all activity on campus and is not able to participate in the recruitment process or utilize any of the VTs resources. The ban stemmed from multiple reports of hazing, though the national headquarters of Kappa Sigma denies anything occurred as they conducted their own "partial" investigation.
