Joe's Record Paradise is the record store that has weathered the storms that have hit independent shops, yet they survive again and again. Originally in Aspen Hill, they moved to Rockville and now Silver Spring. Any trip to this place is like stepping into history, the record selection is beyond what any of their competitors have. The staff is beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about any of the music offerings they carry (which is everything). While their latest location is not the best, it still feels like Joe's when you walk in the door.
