EN: The parish church of St. Anna is located in the center of the village of Lax.
The neo-Gothic building has a hipped roof. The steeple with a very pointed helmet stands on the north side, behind the choir, which gives a somewhat unusual ground plan.
The church was built in 1874, after Lax had become independent from the parish of Ernen the year before. I could not find any further historical details.

Der neugotische Bau hat ein gewalmtes Dach. Der Kirchturm mit einem sehr spitzigen Helm steht an der Nordseite, hinter dem Chor, was einen etwas ungewöhnlichen Grundriss ergibt.
Die Kirche wurde 1874 erbaut, nachdem Lax im Jahr zuvor von der Pfarrei Ernen unabhängig ggeworden war. Weitere historische Details konnte ich nicht finden.
