Most park visitors come to this part of the Little Lehigh Parkway to play disc golf, as the course runs by here.

However; there is a very large Eastern Cottonwood along the course, about 75 ft to the west of the Little Lehigh Creek. According to PA Big Trees, the measurements are:

Circumference (inches): 215
Spread (feet): 119
Height (feet): 133
Points: 378

Source: (visit link)

The researchers made the measurements in 2009, so I suspect the tree is a tiny bit larger now.

It is about a 3 minute walk from parking. Grassy forest. Watch out for flying discs!
Genus/Species: Populus deltoides

Girth: 17

Method of obtaining height: Clinometer

Age: 200

Not sure if there is one, but it is one humungous tree.
