There is little information online about this church. A placard on the facade indicates it was built in the 18th century. Commentators on this website (visit link) indicate that it was built in 1735 and that it has the largest cupola in Italy. (That is hard to believe and I could not verify it because the church was closed when I visited.
It is built in the baroque style.
