Church built in the 12th century. It preserves the Romanesque traces in the apse and the southern wall, the rest being a reconstruction of later styles. It houses a Reclining Christ by Francisco Fermín. (XVII). With seven arches and one on each side supported on a capital without a column, and a baptismal font from the XIII, made of Zamora stone with lowered arches on columns with figures in relief that represent the baptism of Christ.

Originally it was called the Church of San Román. It was set on fire during the so-called Trout Riot (1158), which according to legend confronted nobles and commoners around the street food market, during the reign of Fernando II.

Inside, two curious cycles of linear Gothic wall paintings have been preserved with scenes from the life of Christ and the Virgin, as well as a 16th-century San Cristobalón.
