Esta curiosa escultura urbana se encuentra en la esquina de la rúa do Concello, frente al parque de San Lázaro. La obra rinde homenaje a Antonio Coleman y Estanislao Reverter, que aparecen apoyados sobre un vehículo de la escudería Renault (aunque con motor Porsche) que bautizaron con el nombre de "Alpinche". La obra fue realizada por el artista Ramón Conde en el año 2006.
El motivo de este homenaje es la celebración en Ourense de un rally que ya va por su 42º edición, cuyo artífice fue Estanislao Reverter (Antonio Coleman fue su sucesor al frente de la Escudería de Ourense)..
Estanislao Reverter fue un piloto de rally, impulsor del Rally de Orense, director de la Escudería Ourense y considerado uno de los padres del automovilismo en Galicia. Fue galardonado con la distinción al Mérito Deportivo de Galicia en 2012, 21 años después de su muerte.
En 1971 Reverter quiso aprovechar la ligereza del chasis del Alpine A-110 y la potencia de los motores Porsche, por lo que aprovechó el del que había estrellado su amigo José Pavón en el Rally de Orense, que rendía 210 CV y adquirió un Alpine que desguazó en los talleres del concesionario oficial Land Rover de Orense, instalándole el cuadro principal, la dirección, palanca de cambios, pedalier, motor y asientos del Porsche. Este frankenstein fue bautizado como “Alpinche” y debutó en el Rally Rías Bajas de ese mismo año, donde quedó tercero. Reverter evolucionó el vehículo en varias ocasiones, logrando victorias en los años sucesivos en diferentes pruebas.
