This counting display and hullabaloo Hall incentivizes reuse of metal water bottles by sharing with the users who fill up their water bottles before class how many plastic bottles their actions keep out of local landfills.

Hullabaloo Hall is the newest student dormitory on the campus of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas (also known as "That other State School - ha)." This particular counting display is in the public area just off the lobby.
