Pony Express stations were located about every 10 miles along the route in Western Utah. This is one of the few that still have remains.

To get to this station You can access the pony Express trail at many spots. During dry weather you can drive the road in any car. The closest pavement would be to come from Wendover and through Gold Hill.

I would recommend driving the entire trail from Fairfield Utah to the Nevada Border. There is a lot of history out here.
Visit Instructions:
1) Locate and photograph a monument or memorial to the Pony Express, be it a stone or a mural or a roadside sign.

2) The standard rules apply: a photo of the goal and one of your GPS unit - no vacation photos or web downloads will be accepted.

3) Include the coordinates of the location and the name of the city or town in your log.

4) Feel free to include as much history as you'd like. Educate us!
