The Saint-Martin Church of Palalda is a Romanesque church located in Palalda, in the commune of Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda, in the French department of Pyrénées-Orientales1 It is a portal, oriented to the west, it is made of granite and equipped with volute ironwork.
The church is mentioned for the first time in 967 in a deed of donation for the abbey Sainte-Marie d'Arles-sur-Tech.
Nevertheless, the current building dates back to the 12th century. It remains that the nave, the eastern part having been rebuilt in the XVe siècle or XVIe siècle. Suorce: Wikipedia
