Three years have passed since the ownership of the old Post Office building in Malaga capital passed from the hands of the Junta de Andalucía to those of the Israeli magnate Haim Tsuff . Three years in which the door has been opened to the recovery as a hotel of one of the most iconic buildings in the city of Malaga, but also three more years of abandonment.

Despite the determined will of Nitsba Spain, the name of the company that bought the property for 23.5 million euros , being the highest offer of those that attended the public auction organized by the Andalusian Government, the reality is that the mechanism planning that should allow the transformation of the building has not yet been activated.
