In front of the Kluze-Fortress on a small hill you find this anchor. Why? There is no lake, no large river, no ocean. Why is there an anchor?
This anchor was found in the closeby Koritniza-River. It was used for anchoring/fixation of ponton-bridges during the first worldwar.

Vor dem Eingang der Festung Kluze liegt dieser Anker auf einem kleinen Hügel.
Warum? Es gibt hier keinen See, keinen großen Fluss und auch kein Meer. Was also macht ein solcher Anker hier?
Dieser Anker wurde im Fluss Koritniza gefunden. Er stammt aus dem ersten Weltkrieg und diente der Befestigung/Verankerung einer Ponton-Brücke.
