This is a one room structure, built of wood, with lap-slate siding on the front only. The other three sides are bare plywood sheeting. There is one window at each side of the structure, with the rear window shuttered. The other or open and not glass filled.
The roof is a standard gable front "V" roof shingled with soldier course soffit.

The legs are square plain posts, but at the midway point is a landing with square spindle posted railings.
