A "Federal Style half house" (c. 1875). Built for John Schneidermeier. On the Historical and Architectural map used by Frenchtown for the national historic district.

Roof: side gable/asph. shingles
Architectural Style: Federal Half-House/French Colonial galerie
Side gale roof with large, front, shed roof dormer, side chimneys, table-leg porch posts.
