Eskimo Joe's was the brainchild of Steve File, a pal of Stan Clark since the two were in fifth grade. A simple sketch on a napkin became a world wide recognizable logo and today is the place to go for anyone visiting Stillwater, OK.

In 1984, after the drinking age was raised from 18 to 21, Eskimo Joe's became a full service restaurant. Stan has joked, "I was thrilled to find out in 1984 that more people eat every day than drink everyday!"

The once college bar has turned into an iconic restaurant and serves up amazing food including their famous cheese fries and 10 burger choices including the Joe's Burger, Cowboy Classic, Fire Burger, and my favorite the Sautéed Mushroom and Swiss Burger.

As the saying goes..."Eat at Joe's"
