"Esta fuente de abastecimiento de agua utilizada por las poblacón de la zona desde el S.XVIII.
Se encuentra construida junto al nacimiento de agua que la abastece.
El primer documento histórico que hace referencia a ella, es un documento gráfico, el plano de situación de las Villas de Cortes y Graena en el castastro del Marqués de la Ensenada, En ese dibujo se le denomina fuente de la Villa. Año 1872."

"This source of water supply used by the population of the area since the 18th century.
It is built next to the water source that supplies it.
