Beveridge Park is a large green open space towards the southern part of the town of Kirkcaldy (pronounced Kirkcawdy with a silent L) in the Kingdom of Fife on the Firth of Forth coast of eastern Scotland.
The park was donated by linen manufacturer and former Provost of the town Michael Beveridge after his death in 1890 at a bequest of £50,000 using 104 acres of his Raith Estate.
The park was laid out by civil engineer and naturalist, William D. Sang from 1891-92 and was officially opened by widow Mrs E.H. Beveridge on September 24th 1892 with 10,000 in attendance.
The park is laid out with formal gardens, play and sporting facilities, with a boating lake. A motor racing facility once ran around the periphery of the park from 1948-88 hosting Formula 3 and motorcycle events until increasing speeds rendered the circuit unusable.
The main entrance is on Abbotshall Road where there is a large car parking area.
