"The beach of Nusa Dua is protected by the reef. At low tide it becomes extremely wide and small pools of seawater form in the lagoon. If the water then returns, it is perfect for bathing and swimming undisturbed all year round at 27 degrees Celsius. Neither the current nor the waves affect the calm water.
For those who don't want to retreat to the shady garden area after bathing, sun loungers with cushions and parasols are available on the warm sand.
The various stretches of the beach can be walked along a seven kilometre promenade. Early risers enjoy a phenomenal sunrise here every morning."
