The ordering kiosks actually work and don't choke on your gift cards, like so many other Panera locations. There's about a a dozen places to sit with a combination of booths and chairs, and some quieter seating up front. They also have outdoor seating, but your view is of the parking lot, particularly unpleasant if the drive thru gets busy. If you're planning to stay awhile and use their free Internet, there are a few outlets here and there, but you have to look for them. The service from the staff is great.
