The Lyrebird Walk takes you around the lower part of the rainforest. Most of the walk is a slightly raised walkway to allow a safe walking track for inexperienced walkers. It also assists in the preservation of the area. Where the walk crosses the river, there is a suspension bridge. It is a different construction which gives a sense of adventure to those walking nearby and invites the walker to pause and enjoy the spectacular view along the river as well as the rainforest above.
The bridge is a suspension style construction with a wooden floor and wire for the sides.
