As you enter Cherokee Municipal Cemetery's east drive, you will see a small columbarium on your left, and a covered chapel and covered section map on the right. A very small "You are Here" icon and words is at the top of the map. The back of the map lists names and sections for most who are laid to rest here.
Although the map can be confusing to read at first, I think the cemetery does a good job trying to help you find a section and plot. There are even names on the map to be more helpful. I noticed as I walked the cemetery that many of the sections have small signs indicating the name or number.
