The road runs from the Plaza del Tossal to the street of Juan Llorens. It appears described in the second volume of the Valencia histórica y topográfica (1863) by Vicente Boix with the following words:
Quarte (Street of). It enters through Caballeros and exits at the Plaza de Santa Ursula. Thus it is mentioned in a providence of November 15, 1658.
