This coat of arms is in a façade of building.
The information that I found was that the shield of Águlas "Eagles" (Murcia, Spain): In a field of azure a tower on rocks and on waves of silver and azure, and on the tower, perched on it, an eagle with outstretched wings. But has a laurel and in this case, not. And I don't know what do this coat of Murcia's village in Galicia.
