A town clock located on the edge of the square in Livingston, TN in front of the Overton County Courthouse. The clock is placed on a black, free standing pole near the southwest corner of the courthouse square. The clock has a white face with black Arabic numbers. The hands are black arrows. The clock was not moving and had the wrong time.
