This statue of Sir Walter Scott can be found south of the city centre of Perth in Scotland. It stands at the northern end of the South Inch, a large tract of parkland on the west bank of the River Tay.

The statue was sculpted by John Cochrane & Brothers in 1845 and would be acquired by accident when the city magistrates bought it from a sale of a local sculptor's stock. It was originally placed at the High Street but was moved to its current location in 1877.

The category C-listed monument depicts Scott above a corniced square-plan stone plinth raised on two steps. The statue faces north, dressed in a toga with his right-hand resting on a broken column. His faithful Scottish Deerhound, Maida, used to sit at his feet, but was stolen in 2020.

Among his work, Sir Walter Scott wrote the Fair Maid of Perth in 1828. The inscription on the foot of the plinth reads 'SIR WALTER SCOTT Bt. 1771-1832'.
