The much larger-than-life sculpture is placed on an elliptic concrete base that is also covered with brightly coloured small ceramic pieces. The mosaic pieces are placed in a 'traditional Koori' style of artwork. Within the concentric circles are ceramic 'buttons' with various words of encouragement and empowerment. No sign around to say when it was made or who designed and produced it.
